Who is Bastion Group?

Our mission is simple: create an ongoing value exchange to deliver timely, no-fuss solutions and better results.

Bastion Group is a boutique consultancy connecting driven, like-minded people and businesses. We bring together a combined 50 years of recruitment expertise to help you find the right employer or talent for longevity and cultural fit.

Established in 2021 by Gavin Becker and Stephen Keddie, with Steven Woodward joining in 2024, Bastion Group provides a new benchmark in specialist recruitment services. Fed up with big agencies' impersonal and transactional approach, we set out to establish an alternative. We know what it takes to create genuine, positive relationships and decided it was time to create a business we were proud of.

Our philosophy - and everything we do - is underpinned by cooperation, sharing knowledge and giving back. This is what we like to call our ongoing value exchange. It’s what helps us drive better results.

We partner with people who share our passion for better, humancentric conversations (that aren't done by a bot) and stronger outcomes.
